This is an ongoing program that you can drop in on whenever a topic interests you. The Health Series is designed to empower individuals around their wellness by increasing awareness about the body and how it works. When people understand how their body runs, they are more capable of making the choices that promote health instead of undermining it. Learn to work with your Doctor, not against them.

Lyell A. Turner, Executive Director

of Integrating Wellness Inc. 

Born and Raised in California, Lyell began her work in Marin County, California in 1995. Her path to the creation of Integrating Wellness Inc. was influenced by broad-based studies at the Institute of Conscious BodyWork, an apprenticeship studying Herbs, Iridology, Theory of Chinese Medicine, Body Typing, Biological Assessment, and the study of human relations where she now trains and teaches courses for an International company across the United States. Most recently Lyell has moved to Louisiana to continue with her vision of Integrating Wellness by educating people about their bodies so that they can better help themselves.
